President Obama true to form with "Suds Summit"-Teaches a lesson

The media is carrying the wrong perspective far and wide again. Blundering yet again when it comes to matters of social importance.
President Obama invited two men, of two different races to the capital to discuss a racial perspective. While it was down played as simply 'having a beer' it was consistent with the Obama campaign promise and persona, to bring this country together.
That is one of the reasons he won the presidential election and now it is being demonstrated in a different form. Yet the media has reduced it to 'having a beer.' No, this is the good intentions of a president that knows racism truly exists in this country and he provided an example of how this issue should be addressed when it arises. The two parties get together, discuss the matter and come to a resolution.
Sgt. Crowley, the White officer that arrested the Black Harvard professor, Henry Louis Gates, in his own home, came out to the public after the 'suds summit' and staunchly stated, "We agree to disagree." There. That was his position before, that was his position after. Now, what do we do? When two people (groups) disagree and cannot find a resolution, what is the logical solution? You go your way and I will go mine. That is usually the solution. That is what The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad has taught for decades, let's go our separate ways.
The President of the United States, the 'leader of the free world' could not convince a local sergeant that there are two sides to this coin. What chance do we have when we come in contact with similar parties, to convince them that racism runs deep and manifests itself in various ways? Slim to none.
Yes Sgt. Crowley, you gave the answer we in the Black community have long expected and known, let's agree to disagree and go our separate ways, because you are not going to apologize nor change your ways.
