The Sacredness of the Female

Here we are again at another commercializing, and dare I say, hypocritical Mother's Day season.

People have been led to believe that some half dead flowers, a cheap card and a recycled stuffed animal, is the equivalent of showing honor and respect to your Mother. Even if we are so fortunate to lace our Mothers with pearls and gold that still isn't enough to honor her nor absolve us of the disrespect shown the rest of the year.

She is undeserved kindness to us, for, through her we are extended through the generations. It is only through her that we live again, and again, and again. It is only through her that we continue to move toward the true perfection that Allah (God) desires for His creation. She is the cornerstone of the family and therefore is critical in the whole process of nation and world building. ... Allah (God) speaks to us saying that, we should reverence the womb that bore us." --The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan

We should reverence the womb every day of our lives. The womb that bore our essence, and for men, the womb carried your essence in your children. Upon this understanding a new world can begin. Hers is "The Hand that rocks the cradle... and yes... rules the world."
